The Millar doctors appear on TV and on the internet.  They are doctors and not TV professionals. They give their "best efforts" and try hard to provide accurate and truthful information, Content without errors or omissions.  TV and internet is inherently fraught with mistakes and mis-statements.  TV and Internet has three basic problems. First is the time constraint of TV or internet. With TV or Internet videos or live broadcast, there is not enough time to go into details and specifics about Content.  Secondly, with TV and on the internet the Millar doctors are asked to speak in "people speak" instead of technical chiropractic or medical terms that the average viewer or listener may not understand.  The Millar doctors give their "best effort" to accurately report and discuss all topics and render information and opinions as Content.  Third, live TV and internet broadcast waits for no man, meaning the doctor is often put on the spot having to come up with something to say. Again, the Millar doctors use their best efforts to provide accurate Content.  In giving their "best effort" and speaking in people speak, and being put on the spot, often mistakes are made including but not limited to mis-statements, errors, omissions, malapropism, slip of the tongue mis-information, hereafter know as Mal-Content.  We apology in advance for those mistakes. Millar nor it's doctors individually or collectively shall be held liable for any Mal-Content including but not limited to mis-statements, errors, omissions, malapropism, slip of the tongue, inaccuracies or delays or for any actions taken in consequence as we make no warranties implied or stated as to the correctness of content.

All persons receiving any Content or viewing or listening to broadcast of Content, or talking to a Millar doctor in person receiving Content, are duty bound by the following:  Should you have issue with Content then You, as Claimant, must first notify Millar Chiropractic Associates, Inc., by certified mail at PO BOX 21157 Huntsville AL 35813 of any mis-statements in Content or Mal-Content. Your making a claim of mis-statement, omission or Mal-content constitutes an agreement by and between you the Claimant and Millar Chiropractic Associates, Inc., Millar, their doctors, providers and employees hereafter known as Millar.  Then, Millar has 20 business days to respond to you in writing by certified mail at the address stated on your complaint of our response to your claim of mis-statement, omissions or Mal-Content.  Should we agree that the mis-statement, omission or mal-Content needs correcting, then our remedy is within 30 days of our written response to you for the Millar doctor to retract and correct the mis-statement, omission or Mal-Content either on the air, on a live internet broadcast OR on our website.  Should the mis-statement of Content, Omission or Mal-Content be retracted and restated correctly or the corrected Content statement be published on our website for 30 days, then NO other remedies may be sought after and your retraction by Millar or publishing corrected Content on our website shall constitute good consideration for the General Release as stated below by and between you and Millar.  

No representation is made by Millar or the Content therein or otherwise that the quality of the Chiropractic services to be performed is greater than the quality of Chiropractic services performed by other Chiropractors. Results vary case to case and no guarantee or warranty of outcome is made. Charges vary based on services rendered. Additional charges may be incurred for related services which may be required in individual cases. Videos on this website, and used in in other content including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instragram, Pinterest, live internet broadcast, TV broadcast contain actors and persons that are not Millar patients or Millar Doctors.  

Most insurance today has a deductible and a per visit percentage co-pay.  It is your responsibility to call your insurance company prior to service being rendered to determine how much deductible and co-pay or percentage co-payment you have.  As a courtesy, we will attempt to contact your insurance provider to verify your insurance, the deductible and the co-pay. All insurance companies today now have disclaimers that state that verification of coverage is not a guarantee of payment. Therefore YOU are responsible for your bill. We will accept assignment from your insurance company for the part of you bill paid by them; but, that does not absolve you of the financial responsibility of your bill. Should your insurace company take back any part of funds paid to Millar then it is again your responsibility to pay your entire bill.

New Patient Online Offer** - Should the person receiving the New Patient Online Offer  as outlined in content be accepted as a patient of Millar Chiropractic then additional charges for services and treatment will be incurred in individual cases as needed for related services. General Release: For good consideration, in the form of a retraction or restatement of Content, or from Millar, publishing corrected Content on its website for 30 days, the receipt of good consideration which is hereby acknowledged, the claimant party, Releaser, does hereby forever remise, release, aquit, satisfy, and forever discharge Millar, of and from all manner of actions, causes of actions, proceedings at law or administrative law action or equity actions, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, claims and demands whatsoever, which said claimant ever had, now has, or which any personal representative, successor, heir or assign of said releaser Clainant, hereafter can, shall or may have, against Millar, by reason of any matter, cause of thing whatsoever related to the Claimants' assertion of mis-statement, Mal-Content or Omissions, from the beginning of time. Claimant hereby agrees to indemnify Millar and pay Millar's cost of defense of said General Release to and include reasonable attorneys fees. This General release shall be construed and the validity, performance and enforcement hereof shall by governed by the Laws of the State of Alabama.
